• The match function in Mango requires sufficient computer memory to process large gene sets. If Mango hangs while running the match function, you should reduce your gene set size or run Mango on a larger computer with more memory.
• The time out messages will occur if your looping or scanning commands run longer than the default 2 second timeout period. This is to prevent dead loops. To process larger networks, you may want to set a longer timeout period, say, "time 10000" will extend the limit to 10 seconds and allow your looping commands to finish.
